Hi Amanda, my name's Erica Nielsen, and I came across your blog today when I followed the link from your email to APH regarding networking groups. I always like to comment when I read a blog because authors deserve to know who their readers are! I'm enjoying browsing through your posts, reading the fabulous quotes and sweet insights to life and motherhood. As a new mom, I relate to so much of what you're saying. In fact, I just wrote a post along these same lines on our family blog...remembering what it was like to relax before the little guy came along! Anyway, it's good to "meet" you and I'll hope to meet you in person at a conference somewhere down the road.

How true that is, I had to step away from my desk and take some deep breaths today and I was surpised how much it helped!
