If you had already started your career before children, you accepted the fact that your maternity leave would be around 6 weeks and then you would rejoin the work force. Needless to say day care centers began popping up like popcorn across the nation. Now with the advancement of technology and internet so many mom's can work from home and not feel the guilt that so many of my generation certainly experienced.
